The challenge

A constrained central plot with tight access, a demanding permit context and buyers who expected delivery on a fixed date. The site left no room for schedule slippage or trade-coordination errors.

Our solution

We carried development, financing and construction under one project lead, locked the price and date contractually, and ran stage-by-stage quality control with progress-linked buyer payments and continuous documentation.

The result

Handed over on the contracted date, fully sold, with a documented defect record closed within the warranty period. Investors received the projected return; buyers received the building they were promised.
